How do you Clean our roof? Do you use chemicals?
CHD
No we do not use any chemicals, we use soap that is Biodegradable
and also harmless to the landscaping or plants and flowers. We also
use special light pressure tips that reduce and control our pressure
for easy cleaning.

Will cleaning my roof damage it in any way?
CHD
No and before we do the cleaning we inspect the roof for any broken
or damaged and or loose tiles. We also do small tile repairs and if
we see a damaged tile we can replace it for a small fee with the
owner permission.

What happens if you brake a tile while cleaning?
CHD
We take full pictures of the roof tiles before the cleaning and
after cleaning and if any tiles our damaged we replace the tile free
of charge.

Will I have to clean my roof every year?
CHD
No it has taken years to get that bad, and it will take years to get
dirty again.

My doctor said there are health hazards with all the algae, dirt and
recommended that I get either a new roof or have it cleaned. Do I
need to buy a new roof?

We can clean the roof and it will look like a new roof.

The City said the water can not go down the storm drain. Is this
true?
CHD
Yes this is true. The water must be redirected to proper landscaping
or the sewer to follow the city codes.

The City also said be sure the company has proper Workmans
Compensation Insurance. Does your Company have Workmans Compensation
Insurance.

Yes we do, and we will be sure to give you a copy.
